Get out into nature without sacrificing any of the comfort or convenience! Neoroll's Glamping at Haiwan Park, located outside of Shanghai, has 27 huge tents permanently set up for a very extra camping experience. Each 45m² tent has a bedroom with with either a twin or king-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom, with space for 2 adults and 2 children under 12 years old. Half of the tents are adjacent to the water, perfect for campers looking to canoe, kayak or go horseback riding with professional coaches. They have outdoor activities like football, volleyball, badminton, billiards, archery, trampolines and more, BBQ for dinner, and plenty of chances to just sit and soak in the peace and quiet.

You may pay in cash, or with a local Union Pay Card (with your pin number), Alipay or WeChat Pay. Unfortunately we are unable to accept foreign credit cards at the moment.

Delivery Area

Neoroll Glamping normal package and rate

includes:

• Accommodation for one night in a luxury tent**
• BBQ dinner pack for two***

  • Package does not include transportation

** Four people maximum are allowed in the tent. This means two adults and two children under the age of twelve years old. There will be no additional charges for children under this age to stay in the tent. Please choose one king sized bed tent or twin beds tent when you are booking.

*** The BBQ dinner pack serves two adults and one child. More can be ordered onsite if needed.

Other information you should know.

1. All the guests should bring original valid passports or ID to check in;

2.For environment protection reason, we don't provide disposable toothbrush\toothpaste\shower gel in our camp. Please bring your own. But we offer bath towel and slipper.

3. If you wish to have an additional sleeping bag, there will be a charge of RMB200 including a breakfast. Additional breakfast meal charges RMB20 per person.

4. Pets are not allowed onto the site unless the camp is chartered.

What do you have in your camps?

At all of our camps, you can expect to immerse yourself in nature, participle in kinds of outdoors activities and enjoy time with your family and friends.

  • ROOM RATES & PACKAGES

Do you have a children’s price?

No. We don’t have a rate for individual person.

  • ACCOMMODATION

Is there a limit on the number of people to a room?

For each room, we allow 2 adults and 2 children under 12 to stay as occupancy limit. And if you need extra sleeping bad, we will charge RMB200/each including one breakfast.

  • FOOD

Is breakfast included in my accommodation fee?

Each room is credited with two breakfasts for each night stay. Additional breakfasts are RMB20~25/each.

What kind of food and beverage can be offered in the resort?

We offer BBQ as dinner if you book our package. We also have several wines, soft drinks, and other snacks available. If you want to try local dishes, there are restaurants near our camp.

Can I cook my own meals in the camp?

It is not allowed to cook anything inside the camp. You can cook in the designated areas if you like. Please ask our staff at each resort about cooking your own meals.

Can I bring drink and food to barbecue?

Yes, please feel free to bring your own ingredients to use during your stay.

How long does it take to get there?

Usually it takes 1.5 ~3 hours to drive from downtown to our camps.

  • PETS

Are we allowed to bring pets?

We love pets, but unfortunately not. We do not allow dogs, cats and other pets in the camp. Anyone who brings a pet will not be able to check in. Pets are welcome if a group of guests book an exclusive pets party.

  • TEAM BUILDING / WEDDING / OTHER EVENTS

Can we book the whole camp to organize events?

We welcome any organization to book the whole camp! We have experience assisting in team buildings, weddings and other events based on the requests from our guests.

Frequently Asked Questions
  • Can I choose a specific seat?

    Unfortunately, no. Ticketing systems in China vary from venue to venue, and many are not advanced enough to offer specific seat selection. The event promoters and venues that we work with currently have no systems in place that allow third party ticketing agents to access their respective floors plans. However, whenever you buy a ticket from us, you will automatically receive the best available seats within the category you've selected.

  • How do I pay for my tickets?

    We have a couple of payment options available; 1. Online Payment: We now support WeChat and Alipay for online purchases. Simply scan the QR the payment page directs you to. 2. Cash/Card on Delivery: You can also pay our delivery staff directly either in cash, or with a local UnionPay card. Overseas clients can also pay via bank transfer, however, you’ll need to send us an email so we can sort out bank info and e-invoice. If you need a fapiao for your purchase, then please email us the relevant details (company title, tax number and your order number) .

  • What happens if the show gets cancelled? Will I get my money back?

    Yes, SmartTickets always refunds ticket purchases if a show gets cancelled. This guarantee is one of the reasons that people choose to purchase through SmartTickets instead of less reliable sources. Please note, though, that we only refund the face value of the tickets.

  • I live outside Shanghai, how can I get my tickets?

    We can deliver the tickets to you through Shunfeng Express if you are located outside Shanghai. For this option, purchase the tickets online using Alipay or WeChat. Please fill in the booking information with your address in Chinese to avoid confusion in the delivery process. Please note: We can only accept cash for deliveries within certain Shanghai area (for details, see the "cash on delivery" area map). Overseas customers may also choose the bank transfer option by emailing us. We will then send you an invoice with the bank transfer info after you’ve placed the order. However, the delivery address must be in Shanghai, for example, to a hotel. For more details, please contact us.

  • Oops! I missed the online payment QR code the first time!

    If you missed your payment QR code, you can find it again on the Order Status page. Enter your booking code and email address, then click the big green "Pending Payment" button. Please note: online payment orders will automatically be canceled if the payment is not completed within 30 mins.

  • Can I pay online with a credit card?

    Unfortunately, no. We've been working to implement an online payment system, which should be available soon! The nature of risk management and licensing issues with online payments made within China makes it a particularly delicate process.

  • If I lose my ticket, can I get a replacement?

    Unfortunately, all physical tickets are not replaceable. The concert venues have fixed seat numbers, and to avoid conflicts caused by duplicate tickets with the same seats, ticketing agencies and promoters are not permitted to print tickets twice. If you've lost your e-ticket, you can login to the order status page and resend the e-ticket to your email.
