Lü Shao-Chia, Elisabeth Leonskaja and SSO

Celebrated Russian pianist Elisabeth Leonskaja has visited SSO Music Hall in 2014/2015 season, and the charm of her recital has been still lingering in audiences’ hearts. She will interpret one of the repertoires which she most excels in: Brahms’ large-scale Piano Concerto No.2 in B-flat major, Op.83. In 1994, Lü Shao-Chia conducted Munich Philharmonic Orchestra to perform Bruckner’s Symphony No.8 substituting for maestro Sergiu Celibidache. He received invitations from many major orchestras for his outstanding performance in that concert. In the first half of the concert, he will conduct SSO to interpret Ravel’s popular “Ma mère l’Oye” (Mother Goose) Suite and “Daphnis et Chloé Suite No.2”.

  • Can I choose a specific seat?

    Unfortunately, no. Ticketing systems in China vary from venue to venue, and many are not advanced enough to offer specific seat selection. The event promoters and venues that we work with currently have no systems in place that allow third party ticketing agents to access their respective floors plans. However, whenever you buy a ticket from us, you will automatically receive the best available seats within the category you've selected.

  • How do I pay for my tickets?

    Upon delivery of your tickets, you may pay our delivery staff directly (either in cash, or with a local Union Pay card with pin code). Online payment (Alipay and Wechat payment) are avaiable as well. We only accept payments made in Chinese yuan. If you need a company fapiao for your purchase, then please email us.

  • What happens if the show gets cancelled? Will I get my money back?

    Yes, SmartTickets always refunds ticket purchases if a show gets cancelled. This guarantee is one of the reasons that people choose to purchase through SmartTickets instead of less reliable sources. Please note, though, that we only refund the face value of the tickets, and not the 20rmb handling fee.

  • I lived outside Shanghai, how can I get the tickets?

    We can deliver the tickets to you through Shunfeng Express if you happen to be located outside of Shanghai. For this option, purchase the tickets online (Alipay or Wechat), give us your address in Chinese, and we will contact you to sort out the specifics. We can only accept cash for deliveries within the Shanghai area.
