Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled.
Cancellations: In the event of cancellation, only the face value of the tickets are refundable.
SmartTicket delivery and/or handling fees are non-refundable.

Please Note: SmartTicket places your ticket orders with event organizers in real time and cannot accommodate order cancellations or changes. Put simply, if you've ordered tickets and received a confirmation email, you've bought them. Please be sure you really want the tickets before buying them. Thanks.
