Just west of The Bund on Sichuan Lu, Sabor is from Madrid’s Diego Guerrero (El Club Allard, DSTAgE, El Refor), who has three Michelin stars to his name, as well as the prestigious title "International Olive Oil Spanish Ambassador". As of June, 2016, this is one of the best meals you can get in Shanghai on the creativity, technique, execution front, not to mention value. Atmosphere is nothing memorable, but the food more than makes up for that. Pricing: Lunch: 8, 9, or 10-courses menu at 300rmb, 400rmb and 500rmb. Dinner: Choose between 9, 10, or 11-courses menu at 400rmb, 500rmb, and 600rmb. Brunch is a la carte or the 8, 9, or 10-course menus at the aforementioned lunch prices.
